Office Administration Executive

Responsibilities

To provide support to reporting division managers in the following functions:-

  • Support in the implementation and streamlining of the procurement process and general administration policies and procedures.
  • Procurement for general non trade purchases 
  • Support in sourcing potential suppliers and collate supplier quotations for evaluation and negotiations 
  • Support the review and negotiation of yearly umbrella contract with hotels, travel agencies, airlines 
  • Enforce procurement guidelines and procedures to ensure a consistent purchasing approach for users
  • Plan and oversee administrative support and office management for all divisions
  • Internally deals with all divisions. Externally deals with vendors, contractors, hoteliers.


Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, or diploma/degree in Office Administration
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
